WESTSIDE Project

Situated in the original “Millhouse” neighborhood near Drake Park, this NW Bend home has roots dating back to the early 1900s. The structure was fully torn down to the foundation, and all of the vintage rough-sawn fir studs and planks were salvaged and reused for interior details. The updated exterior design gives a nod to modern cottage aesthetics providing this neighborhood with its notable charm. Brass light fixtures mixed with reclaimed wood details combined with a ton of natural light give this young family the quintessential home in true Bend style.
