BUTTE RANCH Project

The Butte Ranch project is a whole-home remodel in Bend, Oregon that began with an unexpected challenge. After experiencing water damage from an ice dam, the homeowners decided it was the right time to update and reimagine their entire home.

Sierra James Construction remodeled nearly every space in the house. The kitchen was completely transformed with warm wood cabinetry, bright quartz countertops, and a generous island that anchors the space and encourages gathering. Living areas were refreshed with a redesigned fireplace and custom built-in cabinetry that adds both storage and architectural character.

Several bathrooms were fully remodeled, including a spacious primary bath with a freestanding soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower designed to create a calm, spa-like retreat.

The primary bedroom was reconfigured to include a dedicated office space. By adding a wall and door, the homeowners now have a quiet workspace that still feels connected to the rest of the home.

Custom cabinetry is integrated throughout the project, from the large living room media wall to a new wet bar and a dedicated wine storage area designed for these wine-loving homeowners. The laundry room was also thoughtfully remodeled to improve organization and everyday functionality.

What began as necessary repairs ultimately became an opportunity to fully transform the home, resulting in a warm, modern space designed to support the way this family lives today.
