SUMMIT Sunroom Addition Project

Designed in collaboration with Fishhouse Design Studio, this sunroom addition creates a light-filled extension of the home that feels both intentional and effortless. The multifunctional space supports entertaining, dining, quiet lounging, and everyday living, anchored by a striking stone fireplace that serves as a natural focal point and gathering place. Expansive windows, skylights, and warm material selections bring in abundant natural light while maintaining a cozy, year-round feel. Thoughtful detailing and seamless integration with the existing architecture ensure the addition feels like it has always been part of the home, enhancing both flow and livability.
