Sierra James Construction HISTORY
Sierra James Construction was founded in 2017 by Jesse Rowden, a fourth-generation homebuilder. Jesse’s vision was to create a company that built, remodeled, and restored homes at the highest level for all types of clients.
In 2019, Charley Roberts joined the company as a Partner and Chief Financial Officer. Together, they grew the company into the kind of place they both always wanted to work. Jesse and Charley knew that a truly successful company could only be built by attracting and retaining the very best people in the construction industry, so that’s what they did. They are proud of that achievement and all the great people that make Sierra James what it is today. The employees at Sierra James are why Jesse and Charley get to go to work at the company they always wanted.

COST-PLUS STRUCTURE
Sierra James works under cost-plus, not fixed-price, contracts. If a client wants to see anything, we show them, including how much money Sierra James is making. This ensures a transparent process.
DESIGN-BUILD
Design-build means we’re involved in everything from the first napkin sketch to handing over the keys. Our clients have the option of using our in-house architect or bringing us their own plans.
LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS
Over the years, we’ve built trusted relationships with talented interior designers, structural engineers, architects, sub-contractors, and city and county planning personnel. Our reputation allows us to work with the best people in Central Oregon.
