I would like to specifically mention Melissa Jo, who worked diligently to be sure we were aware of each step. She sent us weekly summaries of work done that week. The workers (and their sub-contractors) performed admirably. Thom Rivera, a subcontractor, did an extraordinary job installing the new flooring. Bryon Malitz of Sierra James was very diplomatic (and correct) in mentioning which flooring we should install. We spent a substantial amount of time with Brent and Lonnie, who impressed us with their zeal for quality control. They would not leave a project until it was perfect. There were many others who worked on this project, and kudos to all. Unfortunately, I cannot remember all of their names! I would recommend this company to anyone with similar problems.”
